You know we had to.

It's summer time, it's watermelon & mint season AND why not add a little CBD to take you to blissful moments :)

I know this is a mock-tail & not the real deal but for those of us who don't drink, we need a nice drank recipe too. BUT you can of course add a couple of shots or big pours ;) of your favorite spirit and really bump this bish up!

Just be careful....adding CBD to alcohol may amplify each other's effects & taking both together may cause grogginess/sleepiness and therefore waking up to a half eaten pizza. I meeeaaannn not a bad thing.

We all know that avocados are super good for you because they have good fats, packed with vitamins and may help with belly fat and lowering cholesterol...BUT

Did you know that avocados also have terpenes in them that help with pain and inflammation, hypertension & diabetes!

gif

Yeah! Let us break it down:

B-Caryophyllene - when mixed with CBD, it helps activate our CB2 receptors in our Endocannabinoid System and allows this amazing terpene to get to work, fighting off inflammation & pain!

Ocimene - this terpene has been researched and proven to help inhibit the proliferation of key enzymes connected to type 2 diabetes & hypertension! It also includes feel good medicinal properties with uplifting mood effects :)

Myrcene - this powerful terpene is in a league of their own, with so many amazing benefits including: anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, muscle relaxant, pain relief, relaxing state of mind, calm and chill vibes and also has been known to fight off cancer cells.

All these terpenes mixed with the CBD oil in this recipe hosts a TON of plant medicinal properties and may help make you feel so chill and help you start the day or end the day on good vibes!
