Have you ever, cause we have never... until we developed this recipe and let us just saaaaaayyyyy it is that good!
We all know that avocados are super good for you because they have good fats, packed with vitamins and may help with belly fat and lowering cholesterol...BUT
Did you know that avocados also have terpenes in them that help with pain and inflammation, hypertension & diabetes!
Yeah! Let us break it down:
B-Caryophyllene - when mixed with CBD, it helps activate our CB2 receptors in our Endocannabinoid System and allows this amazing terpene to get to work, fighting off inflammation & pain!

Recipe

makes 1 serving
1 avocado
1/2 small tomato, diced
1 tbsp jalapeño, finely chopped
1 ML Tree City Organics 500mg Natural Tincture (total of 16 mg of CBD)
1 fried organic egg (if that's your business)
1 slice of your favorite bread
Salt & Pepper to Taste
A Sprinkle of Chili Flakes
Mix avocado, tomato, jalapeño & CBD oil until well combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Toast bread & prepare fried egg.
Assemble avocado mixture on toasted bread, top with fried egg, a sprinkle of chili flakes AND enjoy all that spicy goodness!
p.s we even added a little Chili Garlic Sauce on top...yums.
